ORCATEK Advanced Manufacturing Ltd. strives to ensure customer satisfaction with all products and services.

Returns

Due to the custom and manufactured nature of many ORCATEK products, returns may not be accepted on custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact ORCATEK Advanced Manufacturing Ltd. within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue and packaging condition.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect items received

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom manufactured products
  • Personalized items
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Return Shipping

Approved returns may require the customer to return the product before a refund or replacement is issued. Return shipping responsibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
